Since founding TLL, he has overseen the full cycle from acquisition, repositioning, and operation of income-producing properties to fund formation, while building a data-driven investment decision model.

A business development specialist with over 10 years of experience in urban real estate development and infrastructure investment. At Alibaba and Honeywell, he led large-scale redevelopment projects for major Chinese state-owned transportation operators and oversaw the implementation of smart building solutions. He is deeply familiar with the full development value chain, from due diligence, land acquisition, and structuring through post-completion asset management. At TLL, he leads new business development and project formation for overseas investors, advancing hotel, residential, and mixed-use developments.

The operational lead for real estate sales and property management. At NTT Communications, he spent more than eight years managing DX projects for major enterprises, overseeing the full process from requirements definition through delivery and operations. At TLL, he handles the entire deal management cycle for income-producing properties, including sales strategy planning, investor sourcing, contract execution, settlement, and handover, providing well-matched opportunities and smooth transaction execution for domestic and international investors and operators.

Leverages an inter-broker network to uncover off-market opportunities, assess asset quality, and evaluate project profitability, while developing diverse sourcing channels ranging from whole-building investment assets to value-add opportunities. Has consistently led the process from acquisition decisions through resale strategy and renovation planning, building high-conviction deals with strong execution potential.

Built a career across international manufacturers and trading firms, covering corporate sales, distributor development, and market expansion support. Now drives acquisition operations with strong negotiation and proposal expertise developed over decades.

Has more than 10 years of experience in the property management field. Across both rental management and condominium management, has handled a wide range of responsibilities including owner relations, tenant relations, contract administration, repair coordination, and the operation of board and general meetings.

After working in real estate sales support, rental property management, and brokerage, now engages in acquisition operations. Holds a Real Estate Transaction Agent license and bookkeeping qualifications, and supports property value with extensive hands-on experience and specialized expertise.

After coming to Japan, engaged in real estate investment for over 6 years, providing brokerage and consulting services for Japanese real estate investment to foreign investors utilizing own investment experience and landlord perspective

After more than fifteen years in private banking and the internet industries, transitioned to overseas immigration investment consulting, focusing on providing customized solutions for high-net-worth individuals' relocation needs.
